“The Gleam surprises with its freshness; clearly a newer property, it goes beyond basic amenities for its class, even including a clothes press and gadget chargers. While some small details may be missing, like extra towels or a promised armchair, the in-room styling tools are a welcome touch. I appreciate the thoughtful inclusion of a coffee maker in the lobby, and though I didn't test it, the in-room tablet for restaurant orders seems like a forward-thinking service.”
